Seth Doolen
Shop Supervisor/Production Manager
Seth Doolen joined PMV Custom Finishes as a full-time field painter in October of 2019. We soon learned that Seth had a wealth of knowledge and a deep skill set in managing production and workflow for manufacturing. In January of 2020, Seth moved into a full-time role in our Spray Shop Division as our Shop Supervisor/Production Manager.
Before arriving at PMV, Seth worked for over 20 years in the metal stamping industry; the last 15 years of which he successfully managed production for a large metal stamping company in northern Indiana.
Outside of work, you will find Seth enjoying the outdoors with family and friends sharing his love for food and grilling. He also enjoys remodeling and flipping houses.
