Tier 2 Finish:
INSLS-X Cabinet Coat, by Benjamin Moore

$3,500 – $5,000

For both tiers, pricing is determined by the number of doors and drawer fronts along with the lineal feet of cabinetry (both wall cabinets and base cabinets).

INTERIOR PAINTING

Example: 12 x 12’ Bedroom

$750 – $1,000

Includes two coats on the following: walls, ceilings, base trim, window trim, doors, and door jamb and trim.

EXTERIOR PAINTING

Tier 1 Finish:

$1,500 – $2,000

Includes two coats on the following: entry door and trim, shutters, garage service door, and garage overhead doors and trim.

Tier 2 Finish:

$7,500 – $12,000

Includes two coats on the following: soffits and fascia, gutters and down spouts, brick and siding, window and door trim, and garage overhead door trim and doors.
