PMV Custom Finishes specializes in architectural millwork wood finishing including trim, doors, stair parts, and various other components. We provide our customers with consistent results, producing a superior quality finish in the most efficient manner.
The PMV wood finishing team has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the application of various coatings. Along with industry-standard coatings, such as lacquers and conversion varnishes, we specialize in solvent- and water-based 2K Urethanes.
The PMV Stain Lab can create custom stains to match virtually any sample provided by our customers. Our custom-made spray stains, wipe stains, toners, and glazes will bring your vision to life.
AUTOMATED LINEAL LINE
PMV Custom Finishes’ automated spray line primes, stains, seals, and paints linear architectural goods including trim, siding, shiplap, and other components varying in size from widths of .75-14 inches.
We provide our customers with specialized coatings for both interior and exterior applications. Our automated process achieves optimal quality and consistent results run after run.
OPEN FACE RECIRCULATING SPRAY BOOTHS
Our Portage, Michigan, facility features two open face spray booths allowing for the broadest range of applications. Each booth filters the air (overspray and air borne solvents) through 4” of activated carbon and a series of filters. With these new state of the art spray booths, we are able to minimize the VOCs leaving our shop and entering the environment thereby doing our part in protecting the environment for future generations. Reduced heating costs also add to a smaller carbon footprint.
